From 15 to 19 September 2025, 25 apprentices from Magna Steyr, Magna Powertrain, and Magna Heavy Stamping spent five inspiring days at Europaburg Neumarkt, taking part in an engaging programme of workshops, team-building activities, and shared experiences.
Learning, Exploring, and Shaping the Future
The programme focused on Europe, artificial intelligence, teamwork, and the future. During workshops such as „AI Challenges“ with Moritz Kirchpal, „Give Europe Your Voice“ with Konrad from Pantherise for Europe, and „Youth Goals“ with Max and Birgit from JEF Styria, participants discussed current issues, tackled practical challenges, and developed creative ideas. The apprentices actively contributed their perspectives, demonstrating how committed and innovative young people can help shape Europe’s future.
As in previous years, Anna Winkelbauer-Pammer, HR Project Specialist at Magna, provided valuable insights into Magna’s corporate philosophy, values, and current projects during an inspiring company presentation.
Team Spirit and Fun
Alongside the educational programme, participants enjoyed a variety of team activities, including medieval games, an escape game, and the Tab Tour Europe, creating plenty of opportunities for collaboration and fun. Evenings were filled with karaoke, darts, table tennis, and a barbecue, offering the perfect setting to build friendships and strengthen team spirit.
The EYFON team sincerely thanks Magna International for its longstanding partnership and support and looks forward to welcoming a new group of apprentices for another successful edition of the EYFON | Magna Apprenticeship Days in 2026.
